"We Penetrate the Cabinets"
The Fourth Industrial Revolution & the Digitization of Humanity
Not a Communist, Marxist, Socialist, Hybrid Dictatorship
World Economic Forum founder and executive chair Mr. Klause Schwab said China's 30 and 5-year plan reflects its ability to embrace the new 4th Industrial Revolution. He also says China's growth philosophy will help it play a leading role in the process. Schwab expanded the five principles to be beneficial to China's future economic growth in among them, innovation is the most important principle to the progress to the 4th Industrial Revolution. I think those five concepts are very reasonable as pillars for the future economy, whereby I would like to underline innovation is key into the 4th Industrial Revolution.
The level of, ah, admiration I have for China because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to actually turn their economy around on a dime. To this moment, in all the briefings that I have received, there has never been information around candidates receiving money from China. We have no information on any federal candidates receiving money from China, and that continues to be the case.
A constituent that wanted me to ask a question about outside interference to our democracy. Klause Schwab is the head of the World Economic Forum and he and his subversive W.E.F. Forum have "penetrated" governments around the world, that his organization had "penetrated" more than half of Canada's cabinet, and I was wondering in the interest of transparency could the member please name which cabinet ministers are on board with the W.E.F. agenda? My concern is..... Order order order, ah I know that the member ah has a really good question there, but the, the audio is really bad, and the video is really, really bad as well. The honorable member of James Bay. So in the next instant, the next speaker is summoned to speak? That fixed quick. I guess parliamentary members asking questions is not allowed in our democracy.
Regardless of the fact that we are attacking your fundamental rights or limiting your fundamental rights, and the charter says that is wrong. We are still going to go ahead and do it. It is basically a loophole that allows the majority to override the fundamental rights of a minority.
A family can be made up in many different ways. It's called S.O.G.I. for Sexual Orientation and Gender Identification. A curriculum that teaches school students across Canada to celebrate the homosexual lifestyle and that gender is fluid. In other words, your gender is not dependent on the parts you were born with, but rather what you feel like at the moment. There are people that are boys there are people that are girls, there are people whose gender might be a bit of both or might even be neither. Lessons include books about transgender children such as 10000 dresses and songs like the rainbow song. Gender won't decide the choices we make, some boys like dressing up, some girls like catching snakes.
The teacher has been documented on several occasions in what people describe as very large prosthetic breasts with protruding nipples that are clearly be seen through form fitting cloths. Gender identity and expression are protected grounds under the Ontario human rights code.
The federal government has invoked the emergencies act to supplement provincial and territorial capacity to address the block aids and occupations. We are entering the third week of the illegal block aids. We are not using the emergencies act to suspend fundamental rights or overriding the charter of rights and freedoms. We are not limiting people's freedom of speech. We are not limiting freedom of peaceful assembly. We are not limiting the people's right to protest legally.
If your truck is being used to in these protests your corporate accounts will be frozen the insurance on your vehicle will be suspended, the consequences are real and they will bite. It is time for you to go home. And let me also be clear that we will have zero tolerance for the establishment of new block aids or occupations. This is real simple in my mind. It takes money to buy insurance it takes gas you have to eat, you have to keep warm everything takes money. By confiscating a person's access to funds, it effectively halts participation, so all the other list of rights and freedoms they said were exempt from the imposition of the act are moot. What about people that drove to the event in their work truck that doubles as a primary vehicle? More slippery words from the world economic board member of trustees herself.
As we have been discussing this morning, it is the financial provisions of this emergencies act that are particularly concerning to many. The federal government is saying banks have already started to freeze the accounts of people involved in the protests, and they are warning there will be dire financial consequences to come.
Ottawa's week's long grid lock warranted the governments' attention, according to the Federal Court, but using the emergencies was not justified. This is a huge victory for Canada and anybody who cares about rights and freedoms, Justice Richard Mosely ruled that the federal government violated two sections of the charter. Freezing bank accounts was "unreasonable search and seizure" and the nationwide order to stop protesting violated the "right to free expression".
So we are aware of the court decision. We have discussed it with the Prime Minister, with cabinet colleges, with senior government officials and experts. We respect very much Canada's independent judiciary, however we do not agree with this decision and respectfully will be appealing it. I would just like to take a moment to remind Canadians of how serious the situation was in our country when we took that decision. The public safety of Canadians was under threat our national security which includes our economic security was under threat It was a hard decision to take, we took it very seriously after a lot of hard work and deliberation. I was convinced at the time it was the right thing to do. We remain convinced of that.
