Digitally Enforced 15 - Minute Cities Urbanization Plan
So if this is the first time you are hearing about a15 minute community or a 15 minute city, well you are not alone, a lot of people don't know what it is. You should be aware because it might be coming to your particular town or community. Edmonton Alberta Canada has a city plan identifying 15 different areas across Edmonton that possibly might be implementing something like this. A 15 minute city is a urban planning concept that aims to let city residents access the services and amenities they need within a 15 minute walk or bike ride from their homes. The idea is to create mixed use neighborhoods where people can live work and play without needing to spend time or money on transportation.
Three different people who shall not be named have sent me DM's about 15 minute cities. If concern was valuable I just became a millionaire. What if you lived somewhere where you could do all of it that is what it means to live in a 15 minute community. It requires you to look to your district for all of your things instead of all over the city. More important is where this is going and where we will end up and that, god bless us all is terrifying. That group of neighborhood's where you spend a lot of your time, that is a district bringing closer the city plans vision. Greener as we grow is the name of the first city plan in Canada built around this idea. Being able to walk from home to a grocery store, doctors office play ground or school. The goal Edmonton has is for all communities to become 15 minute cities. Is it possible to own nothing but have everything?

It's time to build 15 minutes cities. Where everything we need will be within a 15-minute walk or bike ride, and neighborhoods will be built around our basic needs. 15 Minute cities cut carbon emissions and bring communities closer together. The idea is worlds away from many modern cities, where all of our space is either planned around or surrender to cars. In Copenhagen 90% of people don't use a car and yet 64% of transport space is allocated to them with only 26% for side walks and 7% for bikes. The lock-downs of 2020 and 2021 are changing how we see our cities, and the idea of re-planning them is catching on. Paris is removing 140,000 on street parking bays and stripping back roads to create more space for pedestrians and cyclists. 90% of Portland's residents will be able to walk or cycle to meet nonworking needs by 2030.
Human centered planning in action. 15 Minute cities. The goal is to create cities where people could reach from their homes all their basic essential social functions. Living, working, shopping, health care, education, entertainment, proximity to essential services, transport, density, mixed land use, walkable cycleable streets, livable public spaces, inclusiveness, ubiquity across cities. Accessibility and justice must be a cornerstone to deliver 15-minute cities for all. Equity, Justice. Street experiments are low cost and scalable tools that help to create livable neighborhoods. 15-minute cities means setting up camera's everywhere to keep track of where everyone is driving to make sure they do not leave their designated district too frequently. In the case of Oxford, these boundaries will be enforced through traffic filters that will automatically issue fines to violating vehicles. This is set up for 2024, and it will see the city of Oxford broken up into six districts. Those living in a different area will be allowed to drive to a different area up to 100 times a year after that fines get issued. Now, this sounds like a lot until you realize that people may need to pass through several districts to get to work. So if this is the first time you are hearing about a 15-minute city, you are not alone. A lot of people don't know what it is. Ed. Alberta has a city plan identifying 15 different districts that might be implemented like this.
We have the latest update on 15 minute cities. Sheffield city council on their website they have given the latest statements. This council acknowledges and welcomes the diverse range of neighborhoods across the Sheffield area. This council welcomes the latest updates to the highway codes, a hierarchy of road users giving more responsibility to an operator of a vehicle to reduce danger to more vulnerable road users. They are literally creating a hierarchy of road users. So if you drive this type of car you are higher up and if you drive this type of care you are down here, you are a second class citizen. They are actually creating a caste system of first, second, and third class citizenry. All this they are doing to safe you from yourself. These globalist ideas are going around the world from Australia, Canada and now of course England.
Derrick, You basically said, you probably don't see it like this but two different classes of people. If you're vaccinated or unvaccinated, you will have all these rights if you are vaccinated. That is what it is. Yup. Can you describe because you previously were hoping not to have to do that? They are not just a tool to drive up vaccines, they're at tool for confidence. People that are vaccinated are going to want to know they are around other vaccinated people. They will want to know they are in a safe environment.
